Welcome to the Podiatry Department, which delivers high quality assessment and treatment of the foot. All podiatrists are registered with The Health care Professions Council (HCPC) and are supported by foot care assistants.
Podiatry is a specialist area of healthcare which provides assessment and treatment of conditions affecting the foot and lower limb.
We focus on improving function, promoting independence, reducing pain and preventing disease.
What types of treatment are available?
West Lancashire, Sefton, Knowsley & Liverpool patients can be referred to us by your GP, a health professional or you can make a self-referral.
Once we receive your referral form, we will contact you to arrange an initial assessment appointment with a specialist podiatrist.
Depending on your assessment, you may be offered a package of treatment. We will write back to your GP to inform them of the outcome of your assessment and any ongoing care.
